Return & refund conditions

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all accessories.
Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and incense), opened or used items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours — we will replace or refund it at no extra cost.
The customer bears the shipping fees for returns, unless the error is on our part.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
