All prices are in UAE Dirham (AED). We may change prices or products at any time without prior notice. We strive to display products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. All payments are processed through secure, approved gateways. We may cancel any order in cases such as a price error, product unavailability or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the UAE takes 1–3 business days. Delays beyond our control (carrier issues, emergencies) may occur.

6. Returns & exchanges

All orders are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Opened or used products (perfumes/incense) cannot be returned for health reasons.

7. Intellectual property

All content (images, logo, text) is owned by Merwad Perfumes. Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of this website. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information.
